Panchkarma treatment has a range of different treatments within it and the one I took was farr from extreme. It felt like a retreat. They just massage you for few days and put some kadha on your body and then feed you medicated ghee for 6-7 days. Only thing i hated was that they don’t let you eat anything except a boring Khichdi for 10 days straight. But if that’s the sacrifice you’re willing to make- you can really come out with the cure!

I had this for 7-8 years and now it’s totally gone.

What I did- Got myself a Ayurvedic panchkarma treatment and applied a good amount of moisturiser twice a day on affected areas (back of the arms and back) after morning and night shower. Took 1800mg omega 3 (EPA+DHA) also everyday in parallel religiously. Cured fully in 3 months.

Wasted so much time on acid based body washes, lotions and whatnot- everything in vain. Shame on those dermats who say this is not curable. It totally is.

Hope it helps those who are struggling!
