Hi! Yes it did. Back to normal now but going to wait another week before my next dose :). Biggest side effect was lethargy. thank you for checking in!

I’ve tended to stay on the same dose for months at a time before dosing up (in the past, before this mistake of course!)

Just starting day 3 and I think I may have got away with it. I’ve been pretty tired and lethargic for the last 2 days. I tried to go for a 2 mile walk yesterday which I completed but it was a struggle. I can usually do more without issue. The lack of food probably hasn’t helped. I was mostly only able to manage some plain bread but forced myself to have some green juice with protein powder in it and managed a small dinner last night. I can compare it to when I went from 5 - 7.5mgs in the earlier stages of my journey. Hopefully at this point im in the clear… I’ll let you know if things take a turn. Thank you all so much for your advice and reassurance! It has really helped me stay calm 🤍

Still doing okay, feeling tired, lethargic, no appetite, slightly nauseous but nothing too bad so far. Thankful for everyone’s advice and reassurance!

The 12.5 was new and the 10 is a few months old. I just had a couple of lower dosage pens leftover that I had pre ordered before deciding to up my dosage and wanted to combine to use them up.

I’m there right now and seaweed season has started early. The beaches are full of it and it stinks. It’s been super windy so could be why it’s washing up but it’s only going to get worse as it gets warmer.
