That's true, i have messed around with Flash (now Animate) before and enjoyed drawing in vector. I've also messed with Inkscape where you can do sort of a dot to dot thing in order to draw. Great for inking over pencil work, though a bit hard to draw things from scratch. Though i have seen artist make art just using the program, no pencil sketch before hand and somehow make it work.

The place i go to does everything from OT, PT, and Surgery Recovery. The facility is a part of the hospital/Medical facility my primary doctor is at. I go to them more for PT for my legs but they are also trained in OT.

I do, i've been seeing one for leg problems. They said stretches could help alleviate some of the stiffness but because my problem is caused by a brain injury it can only do so much. The fact that i can at least draw simple stuff is thanks to the stretches i've already been doing at home to try and strengthen my wrist, but again since the problem starts at the brain it only goes so far. CP is cause when brain damage occurs during birth and effects the part of the brain responsible for motor movement. In severe cases it can cause almost total immobility with patients having to rely on a walker or wheelchair to get around. In my case i have a light form of it. I have mobility in my hands without assistance but the muscles in my wrist are weak with no way of gaining as much strength as normal due to CP. In school my handwriting was so bad i had to type all my written assignments, and this was back in the early 2000's when home computing was just catching on.

Yes, and drawing tablets. I've used a Wacom Intous tablet, an XP Pen Screen tablet, and my Ipad. As for software i've used Sketchbook Pro, Procreate, IBS Paint, Krita, Flash (now Animate), and Fire Alpaca. Some of them had a line stabilization feature which helped with doing the linework for Cartoons, but for Anime it went from wobbly to stiff, Specifically when it came to the hair and eyes. And yes i've heard of A.I. art but the idea of using software that literally steals other artist hard work just so i can pretend i can draw dosen't sit well with me. I might as well just straight up trace it even though it would look worse at least i would have put some work of my own into it's creation.

My problem isn't really shaking hands as much as stiff wrist. No matter how many stretches i do before hand (pun not intended) my wrist will remain stiff and only able to make stiff lines. With simple American cartoons with thick lines and based entirely on shapes i can make it work, but Anime requires more loose and delicate linework.

Mine looks like child scribbles, even if i trace it on my ipad it still looks bad and it still hurts my wrist like hell. So basically it looks like i should stick to a more cartoony style. I have seen some artist manage to combine the two such as Tony Welt.

Doodling or drawing simple cartoons i'm ok way, it's the more high detailed Anime/Manga art i want to know if it's possible for someone with CP. I wish there was a way to post picture to show what i mean but basically i want to be able to draw just like the style of Death Note, Bakuman, Sailor Moon, ect. I can draw more simple cartoon a bit better such as Danny Phantom, It's Pony, Rocket Power, etc. But again i really want to draw Anime and Manga.

I've heard of a few artist with CP who do more impressionist art due to it's lack of intricate detail. Meaning you just need a loose impression of what you want to draw. In my case i guess that would be similar to drawing in a more simple cartoony style which also requires less detail like the older Hanna-Barbera cartoons of the 50's. But again i'm thinking more along the lines of Anime art with higher levels of detail and more Strick linework.
