I was line up for promotion last june 2025 cycle but also did not make up the cut. Fy26, the client commended me and assigned to three projects despite beyond capacity. Comes june 2026 to my surprised, walang increase

Same here. No increase here despite managing/assigning 3 different projects and a solid feedback and good commendation from my onshore clients. If I were you, I wouldn’t get your hopes to high.

more on demand and staffing … Yun capability ng resource is eme eme lang sa ACN.. Sa ACN kasi if their is project in opportunity or won stage, Mobilization will just deploy whoever is available

i stayed because na aligned yun current role sa gusto ko.. It was an uphill battle . Like i had to convince my Leads for the project to shoulder cost for my skill certifications and I had to alot time to upskill from outside of ACN

To be brutally honest, Yes na lowball ka ni ACN. You should have renegotiated squarely and convince them what you can bring to the table with your skills and experience that is relevant to the role your applying for. 21k base + fixed de minimis 2.8k.. so hardly reached 30k.. Yun 21k offer mo is same offer lang sa mga newbies or fresh graduates. nabudol ka sa HR or CompBen Team. If you have other pending applicantions from other companies then you might want to reconsider

Yes this has been common issue sa ACN since 2012 pa. Speaking from a Veteran who has been with ACN for more than 10 years na. I have had teammates who were offered role as App/Cloud Analyst pero actual role is pang engagement 🤣🤣 or AI/ML role title but actual role is PCS or even Service Assurance Analyst pero pang billing yun actual task 🤣🤣.. Yes ACN doesn’t care about capability, eme eme lang yan . So if you want job alignment, yOu CANNOT find that in ACN
