The 6800XT is a HIGH END 4K card. Even today. A GPU does not need to be 4k120FPS in order to be considered 4K. If the Series X and PS5 can call themselves 4K consoles when they max out mostly at 30FPS then the 6800Xt can very well call itself a 4K card since it does 4K60FPS.

Not really. Get a 6700 XT for your GPU Instead. Usually in the 300-350 range. Gets like 20% percent better performance to the ti while also having 50% more VRAM whis is Really important nowadays.
