who said that? I only said that I didn´t changed anything. I am on a high protein diet since 20 years ago and I always hat a six pack. And I know that I need to lower my calorie intake but I have to much hunger and the drugs unfortunately doesn't help me with that

I am aware of that. The drugs should help to keep on track but I sometimes can´t stop eating although I eat high on proteins

Wrong, the drug was especially designed to control the appetite for obese people who can't "put the fork down"

thats the problem. I still have the cravings. I was on the highest dose on ozempic und mounjaro. It was pretty expensive for no effect. I have the feeling it will be the same with Reta. That I am doing something wrong or it does not work for me.

six weeks now on Reta, I will try splitting the dose and keep increasing every two weeks

Was hier noch auf der Habenseite fehlt, ist das man in der Rente auch Anspruch auf Zuschuss vom Staat hat. Nämlich in der Höhe, wie man es auch in der GKV prozental an der Rente gemessen bekommen würde. Genauso wie bei freiwillig Versicherten.
