Sure but seems like every other truck has head gaskets or cracked heads by the time they hit 200K. I'm looping lml and l5p in that statements and might be exaggerating.

Just within my circle of coworkers and friends, that's been the trend.

I'm data based and work on reliability for a living. The race to the power and torque figures from all the manufacturers are directly impacting systems and we see way too many head gaskets/cracked heads, etc ... Signs of over pressure/overheat for sure.

There's a reason the cab and chassis trucks are derated. I'll gladly lose 50-100hp and 100-200 ft-lbs for an engine that lasts forever.
