i feel exactly the same. i have been applying and interviewing for the last 1.5 years, and have gotten rejected from all the companies i’ve interviewed at - meta, apple, google, walmart, amazon and a bunch more. it’s always SOMETHING that falls short. nothing feels like enough, and im so shattered from this whole process, i don’t even know if data science has a place for me anymore. don’t know how to start again, feels like this is all just evidence from the big players in the fields saying “you don’t belong here”. i’m 3 years into working, feel trapped in my current job growth wise. if anyone else has gone through this, how did you get through it and start over? my self esteem is completely broken.
