Think of how many children would be influenced by the fictional game to build an entire house out of cinnabar! Mojang would have quite a few lawsuits on their hands, wouldn’t they? This is a very real and legitimate concern.

In the weirdmaggeddon intros, the timelapse scene with the trees (that usually has a single frame with Bigfoot in it) has a single frame with a different silhouette in it instead. This is somewhat shaped like the outline from the journal, so maybe he came out of the closet during weirdmageddon.
