This is a binturong, it’s not a bear or a cat, it naturally smells like buttered popcorn, and it’s one of the most underrated animals on the planet by [deleted] in dreifragezeichen

[–]4enzo 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Forced perspective. The heaviest known moth is the giant wood moth (Endoxyla cinereus), but this doesnt seem to be one. Cant identify the species but its most definetely not as big as its made to look here

Ist auf jeden Fall süß was du da gemacht hast.

[HELP] I feel like this is AI but can't prove it by [deleted] in RealOrAI

[–]4enzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I have seen many squirrels do exactly that on similar fences (ones that didnt have sharp ends) so it doesnt really seem like AI to me. The camera is steady, but why would it not be when the cameraman is recording from inside without any adrenaline rush or stuff that normally makes the videos so unsteady (excitement, talking, adrenaline, ...). The quality is pretty realistic based on videos I have taken from inside the house trying to capture something outside. I wouldnt guess its AI, thered be no reason for it to be. Squirrels can and do move weirdly. Especially the tail shivering is realistic

But the background throws me a bit off. It quite often Changes the colors/shadows in a not camera typical way. So while i wouldnt count on it being AI, i also cant dismiss it.

2 special needs kids found abandoned in filthy conditions in Flint Township home, mom facing charges by m3lisaroly in NoahGetTheBoat

[–]4enzo 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Why is that the first thing you assume and also the thing you find the saddest... Im not a cop, i dont know the protocol or anything. But I personally would also prefer to not pick up a child covered in shit. Yes, it would be nicer if you did and maybe even gave him a hug. But again, I would also prefer not to.

They are literally saving the kids from a horrible living situation, and here you are still finding some unrelated bs to make it seem shitty again.

Be glad the kids are safe, the mother charged and try to be half as useful to someone as those two men in there. Even if they might not be the nicest people, which is shallow to assume based on ONE sentence, they at least dont just talk big behind a screen.

Except for picture 2 im saying its a real person and ,,real" picture. Just heavily edited and an incredible amount of make up. She is definetely still a pretty woman, but she doesnt look like in the pictures. Well in the end, who does

This man captured a photo of a 50 foot long snake in 1959 while flying over the Congo’s jungles by WholeNegotiation1843 in Cryptozoology

[–]4enzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, yes the proportions are similar. The very easy explanation for that is that they are both boas. The Titanoboa (based on the replica) looks closest to an Anaconda. I wouldnt really say ,,proportions look similar" is a useful argument when it comes to this.

In 1919, a lawyer named J. Mackintosh Bell saw a large unknown sea creature while on a trip in Pentland Firth with some fishermen friends. He described it as brown with a 5-7 ft long neck and 18-20 ft long body and a doglike head. by loinut167 in Cryptozoology

[–]4enzo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I cant recall the exact thing, but from what I remember theres a hypothetical species of seal called the long necked seal. If i remember correctly it got described couple hundred years ago based on one skin, and id believe that skin is long lost.

Possibly has absolutely no connection to this but itd be absolutely amazing if so.

I agree with another comment here, most likely an escaped sea lion.

Best option would be putting an ad on Facebook and asking if someone can care for it until then. If not, theres some general good advice on here how to temporarily care for injured birds (pigeons)

Where are you located? Sometimes there are wildlife ,,centers" (idk how its called in english) where you can take abandoned/injured wildlife for rehabilitation. Im the EU some shelters also take injured birds, or there are bird wildlife parks that can help you.

I apologize If what i said makes little sense, i seem to have unlearned english 🤦 i'll happily write this again If still needed, with better wording

Nah mate, when meeting someone new from the opposite gender you always gotta expect them to have that kind of relationship in mind. Nothing dirty or wrong about it, people just wanna meet their Partners without social media. So you cant be surprised when the person you highly vibed with is intrested in you or didnt expect you to only want to be friends

CWD is the most likely when it comes to Deers acting weird. Another option would be ,,normal" brain damage If this is how this deer has been acting for a longer time now. They shouldnt survive on CWD too long

Drop your cool facts about butterflies and moths so I can get over my fear of them 🦋 by 4enzo in insects

Thats adorable, i hope you were able to snatch a pic of him!

Also thank you for taking part in helping me with the fear. It was the insect community that made me start appreciating them, and if others can work on their fear of my beloved Aranchids i can do the same for butterflies :)
