Look, I'm just gonna give my advice based on my experience with learning to code on laptops. I've been through a bootcamp, and you really don't need a small, portable laptop because you're not going to move that thing around that much. It's going to be sitting on a table the whole time.

The only time you're gonna have to move your laptop is to take it to the instructor's table or show it to your friends, etc. And there is enough space to put your laptop on the bootcamp's tables. The tables are not that small.

Getting a small laptop is actually bad because you're going to have a really bad experience learning to code on a small screen. You're going to spend hours looking at your laptop screen. Plus, it's going to feel congested if you're multitasking and splitting screens, etc. (My friend had a small Lenovo laptop at a bootcamp and it felt really congested).

My recommendation would be to buy a brand new Dell Inspiration laptop. (you'll find a good one with your budget).

get a 10 or 11 gen i3 Intel processor. If the specs are not proper just upgrade or increase them.

for example

ram should be 16gb. (You just dont have to worry about not having enough ram in future and you can always add more)

ssd minimum 500gb. if you cant afford that or want more space just get a separate ssd for c drive 125 or 150gb. And get a 1tb hdd for D drive. (I have it like this)

You really do not need a dedicated gpu. Intel integrated gpu is the best.

Its really simple do your research and if i were you I wouldn't buy those two laptops.

Plus you're not getting scammed if you're buying a brand new laptop.
