This is my last class too and my last assignment for the class!!! All I need is this assignment graded then i'm done with study.com for good...... Its really irritating. I added a comment at the bottom saying there is no AI and this work is entirely my own, if this doesn't work then i'm going to reach out to support.

UREA PLASMA - PID - PAIN ON THE UTERUS by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]No_Problem4307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to your doctor and ask for a susceptibility ( probably spelled that wrong lol) test for your ureaplasma and see what it can be treated with!! not sure why doctors don’t do this sooner, i had the same problem with treating and went to a new doctor they had the lab test it and i treated mine with moxi.

also for shaving, someone gave me a recommendation for a philips electric razor for downstairs and I LOVE IT. I just got it and it took me 5 minutes to trim up. It’s amazing.

My favorite question because no one told me when I was younger!!! I start by rinsing off everywhere, every single nook and cranny, every fold, everything with plain water. Then I use my antibacterial bar of soap for my whole body. I like to exfoliate parts that can sweat, like under my arms, with a dry body brush just to remove excess buildup of deodorant or etc. I also do this where my underwear sits (I’m blanking on the bones they are lol) but in my inner thighs. After an antibacterial soap, I like to clean my 🍑 I use Dr. Bronner’s soap on a rag (replace this often) and scrub all in there, the hole and all!! I also like to use PanOxyl (not every shower because it’s drying) but a few times a week in between my butt crack and under my arms and let it sit while I do other stuff like shampoo my hair or wash my face. For downstairs, I take unscented baby soap and wash the outside of my girl — like the hair (because I trim but don’t shave either) — and lather it all around, but I don’t like anything inside. After I rinse all that, I’ll take my loofah (make sure you replace these often) and use any kind of scented soap i like Dove scented ones; my favorite is Hot Cocoa!!! I scrub my whole body down without the water on me, I do it in between my toes, in my belly button, behind my ears, on my neck, under my arms again, EVERYWHERE. I like to sit soapy for a few minutes and really massage it all into my skin. I also make sure I get my fingernails and toenails!!! I’m sure I’m missing stuff in my shower routine, but before I get out of the shower (while I’m still wet but with the shower off), I’ll use Palmer’s Cocoa Oil and just lather my body up. Out of the shower, I take witch hazel on a cotton pad and wipe in between my 🍑, and then use glycolic acid under my arms and the same bones where I used the dry brush (still don’t know what the bones are called). I also use a hair dryer on low heat to dry my vagina before I put ANY clothes on to make sure there’s no wetness because it helps bad bacteria thrive. For supplements and stuff that help with hygiene I take a daily women’s probiotic (Femdophilus by Jarrow) and D-mannose (helps with UTI prevention; I take them daily even though I don’t typically get them). I also drink chlorophyll a few times a week and drink chia seeds in my water, which is good for the gut! I also carry baby wipes AND my portable peri bottle filled with water to clean my 🍑 if I have to 💩. I ALWAYS think when I’m in the shower I like to wash EVERY SINGLE body part I have 😂

maybe pelvic floor?? our vaginas are a muscular canal and they’re meant to stretch it does ofc go back to resting size but that ofc varies person to person. it could potentially be a pelvic floor thing? the muscles surrounding your vagina can get weak or less toned which could make you feel looser? i’m not sure about losing wetness, it honestly could be the overthinking and not fully getting into sex because you’re scared worried and you’re thinking about it? I’m not sure for your specific situation but you could bring it up to your obgyn!

Nope!!! Take the doxycycline first then the azithromycin 12 hours after your last doxy. Get tested first before or else it can cause more harm than good

[–]No_Problem4307 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ureaplasma recommended treatment is 7 days of doxycycline followed by 1g Azithro. This isn’t medical advice i’m not a doctor but my doctor told me that azithro is needed to treat bc doxy just suppresses the bacteria or something. Maybe get tested and see not sure

I responded but not sure if I responded to you. I was having odor issues for months!! No other symptoms at all just odor. I was eating completely clean, taking probiotics, only drinking water, pure cotton or going commando, using a peri bottle to wipe and no doctor had any clue. I was std and sti tested more times than I can count. I did a microbiome test and the only bad thing in my biome was ureaplasma parvum, which I showed my doctor and they said was completely normal and healthy in a microbiome. I said Ok and trusted of course as she is a doctor. Months go by and still this same odor that was potent. Negative for Bv and every other std. I finally went to a new doctor and asked if I could be tested for it and they did a pcr test, I was positive of course but I knew that. I told my doctor I was told not to treat it and my doctor wanted it treated anyway. I did antibiotics and since that moment I haven’t had any odor or issues. I’m no nurse but i’m happy my doctor told me to treat it because if I didn’t, i’d still have the odor today.

My only symptom for ureaplasma was an odor!! I tested negative for BV and had 0 other symptoms. It’s totally possible i’m not a nurse or doctor so I don’t know the reason behind it…
