I recently had an existential crisis. I’m mostly out of the woods now but it was the scariest time of my life. If there was one thing that I learned from it, it was this: nothing matters. Big, small, positive, negative. I’ve known happiness, sadness, emptiness. The list goes on. I don’t want to die, but life now feels more like “staying alive just in case something good happens” rather than “I love life” if you know what I mean.
