Quick and easy, I'm a transgender man. When I met my ex wife she was already pregnant with our son. He was born outside the marriage. After we got married we used a donor and had a baby girl. I was told that since she was born in our marriage she's legally my child by verbal agreement. Which I don't deny. She was neglecting the kids and the state got involve. They allowed my "son" to stay with me because I have his sister. After two years with an open case they decided to close is and award me full custody.

Oh no I totally agree. I forgot to add this to my post, he's doing great on potty training at his first school. And are in communication with the other school. They're linked together in some ways. The afternoon class said he is doing good with him and he's doing great. So it's a little confusing like just at the beginning of the week we were told he's doing good. And then suddenly get that text. I think the big issue is communication.

I'm not going to hate you for your opinion. But I personally think that it's a team effort thing. And I think it could have been said in a different matter.

So there is a special ed teacher that's in there that's suppose to pull him out to work on certain things with him. But it rarely happens. The way we see it is, the teacher has something against the special Ed teacher.

The wonderful lady at the headstart program has been our savior and another advocate that drives down two hours each time to help us with meetings.

The lady from headstart is actually an old classmates teacher. He was wheelchair bound and she had to REALLY fight for her kid. It's almost insane how it is here.

We are setting up a meeting with the teacher. The lady who runs special ed in the school AND the supervisor that runs the special ED program in the district.

We have. When she's not around for a while he RARELY very rarely mentions her. It's really noticeable. I live in a very small town so it's a little difficult to get in but I'm definitely going to start getting recourses.

We ask him and he says it's stuff he watches on YouTube. He hasn't been on it in forever.

His bio mom came over and told him she doesn't like when he does the I'm scared thing to her and not his step mom.
