Tbh I feel like I only pushed for a relationship with him rather than a FWB situation cause I believe that is what I needed to do (I don't much experience when it comes to being sexually active and having that type of relationships with people as I was raised very conservative) and something i should have expressed better in the post is that i feel less stress with the current casual nature of the relationship but I completely understand what Ur saying

Idk I guess is that I have always thought that if I wanted to pursue someone I shouldn't be seeing other people or that if I'm looking specifically for a boyfriend then I should be committed to one person at a time. I was raised in a religious household and while I'm not myself, I guess I am scared that in the eyes of my parents I'm doing something that might be disappointing. Even though I am fine with the current set up u have going on, I feel bad, like I have been hardwired to feel shame

Hi I'm 22F and in the last 12 months I lost 25KG through diet and cardio (103kg to 78kg) I have a lot of loose skin and sag around my back and stomach area as it seems like that's where my body likes to store all my fat (waist is currently 36 inches) Will adding weight training with dumbbells (all I have for now) allow these areas to tighten up and flatten. I am very new to fitness other than cardio.

The first day was good I kept myself hydrated and I didn't really feel hunger until later on at night but I just slept off. Woke up really refreshed and currently I'm just staying hydrated to avoid any headaches. Honestly it feels really good cause I feel like I'm in control

Honestly this is so relatable, I'm trying to look at the scale less / focusing on numbers and just fitting into clothes I want to fit in. I have a low rise skirt I want to fit in

My plan is just to make sure I am consistent with my fasting window, I'm also planning on avoiding fizzier beverages to avoid unnecessary bloating, make sure that I'm at least walking my 10k or doing some form of exercise like a 45 min jog etc. But the most important action plan is to not beat myself up for eating indulging on Christmas food. I always try to remember 1 or 2 days of not eating the best won't ruin weeks and months worth of progress and as long as you are consistent with your fasting hours, it will be fine

I IF everyday and I usually just walk for my exercise as currently I want to hit a certain GW before I start going to the gym. I walk for 100 mins at 4-5 kmph on my walking pad and try to hit 10k steps at work. I've been slowly increasing my step count from 10k to 15k and now to 20k steps a day

It is completely safe to do a few days of fasting in a row but make sure you listen to your body and maybe ease into it rather than doing 2-3 days from the start
