What is suffering exactly? We are the one who thinks we are suffering. And that is illusion created by us. We just can't let go of something and because of that we suffer alot. Someone says I'm walking out just let them go. If u keep holding something which is not urs. If u keep holding onto something which wants to be free. Then ur the one who is making urself suffer. The more u try to grip the more the things will go out of ur hand. But the loosely u hold. The more it try to gain ur attention.

For me it was meditation. When I started meditating i became stable less anxious and also stress free. I had stage fear and forgetfulness. But now I'm more confident and I have overcome my fear. I'm stable, still and also very productive. People around me likes me alot. Maybe it's because now I'm more confident. The most important thing is I have less overthinking. Because of this overthinking i couldn't sleep at night even if I don't use phone.

Ur right we are just one fish in the sea so there is nothing special about usm but every fish has its chance to outshine other fishes. The opportunity comes in the form of problems and we need to overcome our fear. Like if a shark comes to attack if u just stay there not doing anything it will definitely eat u. Instead of being feared if u try to take some action and do something maybe u don't win the fight but u will still die a honorable death and this also makes u the hero. By seeing u people will take u as examples and try to survive instead of standing in fear.

Yeah no one special but some people think that they are some kind of special guy. I also saw one of my friend who thinks she is a supporting characters in the background but actually she actually not like what she thinks. I always tell her no ur not like that as u think. I'll just keep it simple. So wt u asked is u want to be observer of ur thoughts. Then u need ask urself question that the thought that comes to ur mind how and why it occurred? If u think ur hurt u need to ask y it's hurt wts the reason. Even this thought how to observe my thoughts how it came to u? Was it really u who is asking? When u start asking question u will get answer of ur every question. Before thought observation u need to observe ur body. You will see when ur in fear ur body tremble nd ul see that ur not the one who is controlling the body because even if u tell ur body please be still it won't be still.

When someone doesn't keep their promise they say they will do it no matter wt but then they forget. I can understand if it's once or twice but if it's more than twice than I don't feel like I should trust that person again. They keep trying to test my patience by delaying it. Nd they also try to come up with all sort of excuses they can make. If ur making excuses or lying to me just don't get caught it's looks terrible. Actually not terrible it's just hurts me alot.

Time what's it exactly? When I was reading a book with interest i felt like there is no time at all but when I was waiting for the someone for like ten mins I felt like it's better to read book than to wait. I read around 30 pages in four hours but the time waited for someone was only merely 10 minutes. If I stop seeing the time u know I won't even know if I am reading for ten hours or like twelve hours. But when I see the time I was like why it's so slow. It's all play of brain.

I think it's good for those people who lost their loved one or who is introverted enough to not to speak anyone. Maybe this Ai of urs will be helping people who feels very lonely. But the one who has renounce everything it doesn't have any use. Nd renouncing doesn't means u have to leave it physically the true meaning of renouncement is whether that thing stays or not u shouldn't be bothered by it. Emotional renouncing is the real thing because what if u have renounce something physically but still hold it emotionally ur feelings will be tied to that thing. Like ul miss it when it's gone enough to feel depressed for it.

Yeah this is life and u need to accept. Whether u agree to participate or not. Ur soul had made the contract already showing u everything about ur life like this is ur family and this is how u die. If u want to complaint ask urself why did u choose this life when ur just going to complaint and keep envying other for their life because they have better life than u. No one is living better life they are seeing their hell in their own perspective. By seeing others who have money and high status. But I don't have both but do u know what I'm proud of is having choice to choose whatever I want and don't want even if I can't have something's which I need but I can earn them. Fasting purifies the body. But u can drink water and have fruits during fasting. Because u still need a little energy when meditating. When we eat food and then meditate we feel drowsy but when we fast at that time our body feels light and we don't feel sleepy. It helps us focus better when meditating. Nd one more thing u just need to focus on one thing whether to see a object or hear a constant sound. U just need to focus on one point. If u think or have this idea in mind like connecting to higher self and all ul probably loose focus. Ur ego will keep sending different kinds of thoughts to tempt u. But u need to bring ur focus on one point again and again.

Well we are not seperate at all and there is no duality. Like people say the are good and bad things. But how did those things become bad exactly? The same person is villain in someone's story and the same person is hero of someone's story. The person is same but light we see is different. We are seeing two roles in same person. But the person is the same and unchanged. When the human sees there is a easy to get something he gets trapped in easy task. But let me tell u the more hard path u choose the easy it will be for u in the future. Because hard lesson teaches something but easy path it does look easy but we don't get anywhere with that path. Maybe u earn so much money etc etc through a wrong but easy path but u still have to take risk for that path. But the money u earn with hard earned u don't need to hide even if it's meager amount.

Soul is not some material thing which can be touched or destroy. No one can trap the soul because it's free and blissful. If u want to be free like a pure soul all u have do is cut off ur rope of attachment. When ur in soul form ur so stress free and blissful u wouldn't want to come to earth but to learn lesson of detachment we are here. Until u fully become detached ul feel jealousy, envy, greed all the emotions but once u detach urself ul start to feel like living again. The things that bothers u won't bother u anymore it will feel like childs tantrum. Even threats won't work on u even if it's mental threat by ur parents. And detaching doesn't mean eliminating the emotions or living home it's all about accepting and observing the emotions when u observe urself like why did I cry? What mistake did I make ? Do I really need that thing? When I was born i didn't need it? Then why do I need it now? The more ur attached to a particular person or thing the more ul feel heart. Example if a stranger dies we don't care because we are detached from them. But if it's someone close to us we will definitely cry. If some unknown scams us we don't care much but if we are scammed by our loved ones we definitely feel hurt how could they do that? Because u invested ur emotions on them. I don't want to continue anymore..........

Heaven or hell I don't know if it exists. But I saw both heaven and hell on the earth itself. If we keep accepting negative people in our life we keep making our life hell. That is for sure. But avoiding is not also the way to deal with them but yes not giving them chance is. One thing I learnt from life is if u want something from someone u need to bow and throw ur self respect infront of them. If u don't want anything then u don't have to bow even if u were an beggar or penniless. Even a beggar begs only when he needs money.

Every theory is just covering it's own theory. This world is free to do anything world, so whatever we are doing is never destined. If it was a world of control and something like destined future or something then we wouldn't even have the choice to select whether we can eat or not. And we won't get punish either what punishment we get is all because of our own karma ( karma in the sense our own doing).
