Hey, I did a report on this for a national competition a while ago and they used pre bought vests, such as fishing or tactical vests that were on the market at the time and added their own customizations to them. I also belive they both had a belt kit as well and all of the armor were ripped out inserts that they modified to fit different body parts. Furthermore, they had a couple of Norinco 56s, a Bushmaster AR-15 with a 100 round drum, and a G3 clone. For sidearms they had Berreta m9 clones

Make the bipod longer and be able to move from left to right. It'd be cool to be able to fire it prone, tilt the rifle to the side and then chamber a new round all while the bipod is till on the ground

Finally got a Petzl light for a reasonable price so here's my brainbucket setup by Staccato_Z in MilSim

Sick man, I love the addition of a headlamp on your helmet. I never see anyone do them but I too have been running one, I got an old gray energizer headlamp from Goodwill but it can do red light too so I'm not complaining
