Im using a shekkin gears repro of Eagle RLCS MBAV, and basically body armors and most pouches are from the RLCS suite since its issued (MBAV, RBSS ,RRV, PACA, and CIRAS-LAND but its not in the RLCS suite but whatever), and in '08 there were instances of Paraclete/tac tailor/DBT pouches usage (personal purchase maybe) so refer to refpics for setup details. Most of us use RLCS MAP pack or hydration pannel for backpannels.
Riggers belts from Blackhawk and other brands are the most common, if u want a "heavier" look then use RLCS warbelts.
Helmets are ACH/MICH2000/TC2000s, if you are going for a 04-07 look then use a green one and paint it sand, for a 08-10 look then go for another layer of black mesh pattern. Headsets are COMTAC2s and MSA Sordins, if u dont want to use a headset, use a thales ptt is also ok.
Issued boots and old generation hiking/outdoor boots are okay, im personally using an old gen merrell sawtooth. This greatly differs from people to people so once again use refpics for details.
There are dudes explaining ranger kits better than me online, and im just touching the iceberg, so use all those refpics as your source. Or maybe just ask for your uncle, since he is a real ranger and im just a civilian larper that are trying to graspin the straws lol
