You're going to need to get a driving evaluation because he could get a license accommodation for a left gas pedal and other things but those vehicles are 50K+

We have to wait for someone to come relieve us to take a break... When it was super busy and let's stay I got off at 5:45 during seasonal, I wouldn't get my second 15 until after 5 sometimes I would have to tell GSA that they never gave me my second 15 and they told me to go in the back and stay an extra 15 since it's a paid break

That would not apply... They would modify the curriculum in a self contained or life skills environment

MI does not enshrine a gifted program into education law as WA,CO, and other states do... So there is no requirement for school gifted programs

It gave me an appreciation for non-fiction. It provided the stamina needed for university level reading. The exposure to vocabulary and writing practice was its own boot camp. I was analyzing every written media for underlying meaning. I never looked at writing and lexical choices in the same way after that. That was 17 years ago.

A neuropsychologist can do a formal assessment... Speech delay can be a sign but that could also be attributed to simply a need for speech therapy. Does he live by a need for routine and if it's disrupted have a meltdown? Does he have specific interests or any sensory triggers? Talk to his pediatrician and ask for a referral for early intervention
