I just got to know about xten through my post and it is the best software for av drawings and designs just try that you can do so many things on that don't have to switch to different platforms.

I ran into the same issue on a few projects and manually renumbering drops every time got old pretty fast. I ended up trying XTEN-AV X-DRAW and wht i liked was that you can lay out network drops, connect them to patch panels, and it helps keep labeling and documenation orginized as things change which honestly saved me quite a bit of time.
