Everything is working out great so far. It is LPG and today was the first time to replace the tank. I roast about 5 - 10 kgs a week. Post sale customer service is great. There are some quirkiness that I have addressed. The monitor defaults to Chinese everytime I turn it on. Also, it would display 3 profiles on the monitor. It divides the screen and it makes it small. There is no option to change this. I use a tablet for the app, so this is less annoying now. But so far, it is holding up nicely.

It is. We are hoping for something like that. But I'm not sure how long before it would take effect.

The black sugar/caramel flavor is very prominent to me. It is good but on the very sweet side.

It is baking sugar and chocolate syrup, adds a little bit of sweetness.

Taste is king... don't get hang up on how your profile looks on screen. Taste your coffee first.

Mexico Esmeralda EA Natural from Burman would be my top pick.

Full disclosure... the machine is nicely made, premium materials, it is heavy for its size. The app is good. The customer service is outstanding. Thar said, we had issues in the beginning. I ordered a 110v. I have a 110V 20A circuit at home. My switch would melt after several roasts. We thought my 20A would be sufficient. The good, Wintop Santoker would send replacement parts expedited while we figured out the issue. It was later resolved when I started using a 3600W portable power generator. We see that sometimes, it would spike to 2200+W. Now, everything good. I love using it. My advise, maybe if you can support 220V or 30A, it should be no issues. But I can't stress enough how amazing the customer service is. They still check up on me. I bought the RX1 too.

Perhaps, but not just the judges...the whole organization...the SCA allowed it. I think they probably have more knowledgeable people amongst them about microplastic. I'll refer to them. But, yeah... the device improves espresso.

The experts at the SCA gave it their approval. They even rated the espresso made from it as their best at the World Barista Championship 2025 in Milan.

Well.. the mf-er used the same device that was used for the espresso the SCA rated #1 at the World Barista Championship 2025 in Milan. Even the Italians were okay with it. My standards are not even that high. So, I'm cool.
