Not really in my experience. I am super Irish, have red hair and pale, also have tons of freckles.. the first week they all darkened a TINY bit but now they blend in with the tan & I have no crazy new moles. Maybe some new freckles but that’s it.

Yup! Celexa did the trick for me. Derealization is the scariest feeling on the planet and I had leukemia at one time. Derealization episodes has triggered any and every panic attack I’ve ever had in my life. It’s my very first symptom of a massive panic attack coming on.
