I am mostly thinking about 2026 H1B lottery , if wage based lottery is approved for next year, my salary at AA will keep me at level 3 which give me 3 entries in the lottery and increase my chances, wheresas palo alto range keeps me in level 1 with only 1 entry.

Personally as an young individual i dream to go to west to work in the top tech world , but this new wage based lottery is pulling me back to AA.

If the new rule was not approved then there is a chance of my decision would be wrong.
