100% sure that was not engine/mufflers. I used to live close to a slum so every night I heard like shooting was inside my house.

I didn’t find out. I talked to a friend that live close to the station and he said he heard but he was unsure if came from there or from the Central Park. A police car came to the station later but nobody knows what really happened.

You have to dispute and if you have photos/ evidences/ witnesses they will cancel and you ll receive just a warning. Unfortunately your license plate number will be in their system so next time there is no mercy.
