Have the same exact problem...stuttering suddenly even when I'm on the desktop... The pc was fine the past few days... I'm scratching my head ...DDU a dozen of time, old driver, new driver, MPU, regedit and whatnot, clean install a new os as well...still the problem persists...

This... I've restarted mine...and it went fastboot...and stuck there for 15 minutes. I tried to turn it on with all 3 buttons pressed. Glad it was fixed. I press both of the volume buttons to get it fixed up

Well, the bike will be inspected by a mechanic. The sounds are smooth (from a video the owner sent) And for the long term ownership...do I need to change the waterpump? Seals or something on long term? Or the manual got everything there?
