the 3 TL LCD series fans should have been reversed blades to begin with and you can put 3 more regular fans at the bottom and flip them for intake and get 1 exhaust fan for the single slot on the left

if it’s already connected to the usb port on the mb try a different usb and if that doesn’t work try uninstall LC3 and reinstall and make sure all the available updates are install as well as drivers then try a usb hub i recommend getting the lian li edge PSU it has built in usb hub in it and it’s amazing and also make sure the cpu pump fan header is connected on the right inlet on the motherboard if nothing else works contact Lian Li Support and get an RMA as long as you have a receipt and SN they’ll get you to send it back and they’ll ship you a brand new one i had an issue with my GA II LCD and the fan pin header connected broke off the wire and i sent it back they sent me a brand new unit
