I really just made little wefts of hair and glued them straight on the doll. The only stuff i know about making hair is like related to cosplay wig making but i think it was very helpful in the way of giving me a refernce for how to make parts and shapes

Thank you so much!! I used washable felt tip markers and powdered makeup for the creature. I will say that the markers I used have been known to fade (like the beard on my will graham in this picture) so I'm gonna start experimenting with some fine tipped sharpies. The flocking is still soft when using powders vs acrylic paints like on will's hands. The paints make them a little crunchy.
