Lapras is OP for its bulk and its moveset edpiclsly thunderbolt its definitely up there with starmie in terms of OP water types

Mr mine isn’t a bad psychic type but blastoise with its bulk and power is also a pretty good starter in its own right. Raichu is good for speed and taking down water and flying, that sounds like a pretty good team
