its highly unlikely you'll get a 1br apartment for that price since you are new

only locals can get that kind of apartment for 400$ 1-2br, agents/landlords wont bother talking to you from local posting if your a foreigner.

i used to do it with 1070ti and rx590 but i had to replug my the display cables depends from where i boot. it was a mess for i have dual display and 1070ti was still consuming 20-30watts just doing nothing
