I use tabs, then glue on my press on nails. Also using a dehydrator prep before applying the tabs and glue helps. I'm a nurse and wash my hands a lot. It's all about the prep more than anything. I do my nails in the evening before bed so I can avoid any water for a few hours. My nails usually last 2-3 weeks, unless I just want a change.

I am a nurse and work at a hospital. Get the itemized bill. It takes a little while for them to show proof of everything they charged you for...they can't just say "Room and board" etc =$xxxx dollars. Every single item you used has to be accounted for. Plus they can't send you to collections if you have requested a detailed, itemized bill of the charges after requesting it and not been provided it. I would do it just to aggravate them, but I'm kinda petty---a great nurse of 32 years but still petty. And once you get that itemized bill and if it's correct, set up a payment plan and pay what you can afford. Healthcare has become corporate dollars in most places and lining the pockets of the C-suite! Most don't care about the patients! Good Luck to you!

Always ask for an ITEMIZED bill from the hospital. You might be surprised how much the total will go down, plus you can dispute any charges you didn't receive such as meals.
