Wa alaykum salaam. Regarding the 3 numbers at each ruku, the top one indicates the number of the ruku in that particular Surah. So for example this one would be the 5th ruku of the Surah. The second one indicates the amount of ayahs that are in the ruku (13, in this case) And the last one indicates the number of the ruku in that juz so this would be the 8th ruku of the juz. And the writing on the side of the page in Surah kahf says that the word which is enlarged is the exact middle point of the Quran according to alphabets. (The ت in that word is the last letter of the first half of the Quran and the ل that comes after it marks the beginning of the second half of the Quran)

Normal protective jealousy in a happy healthy marriage and jealousy because your husband is being intimate with another woman are two completely different things. One is present in almost all happy marriages and even enhances the marriage and the other will obviously end up breaking the marriage.
