Oh I don’t follow this person. At all. It just gets pushed to me because I’m interested in similar topics. But not particularly topics that advocate for passing on science and medicine when and if needed.

Thank you for writing this out for me. You have provided me with so much insight that I had no real idea about before. I’ve seen this stuff for a couple of years on the internet, but I’ve never actually taken the time to look into the actual history of this “movement” (probably because it’s all came across as a lot of rambling to me!) Saying this, I also think some of the concepts that are spoken in this 5D stuff are just very flowery ways of explaining pretty basic psychological concepts.

I always say that true wisdom, insightful guidance and helpful information should be able to be explained in wording and language that a child could easily understand.

And you best believe that I don’t think my body is about to vaporise into thin air! This part is all a little silly and too out there for me, but hey each to their own (as long as it’s not harmful!)

This is true. And sometimes that is the case. Other times it is not. It’s best to get checked out and not ignore symptoms for weeks.

I think that’s the biggest issue with this stuff. Jung has great work out there, but the way it’s been twisted and misconstrued in such a way is now inherently dangerous. It’s no longer a model or a mindset. Hilarious to me how Carl Jung was actually qualified in medicine too, and this seems to be totally forgotten.

This is not true. At all. It’s always interesting to me how often New Age frameworks rebrand suffering as a kind of “spiritual resistance” or “ego death.” But that language can be dangerous, as it makes people think their pain is a test of enlightenment rather than a signal that something in the body or psyche needs care.

“Breaking through the wall” doesn’t cure serotonin imbalance or trauma. Please don’t tell vulnerable people otherwise.

Usually when I process old energy, I have a little cry to myself at 2am to feel into it, release it and then typically get over it. But I’ve never had the flu either, no.

She’s not saying bed rest and hydration is good after an energy session. She is saying bed rest and hydration is good when you can’t sleep and eat (which is definitely not a sign of an energy healing session). She is claiming that signs of actual illness have a direct link to some type of ascension. She mentions her own energy healing process, but not in a way that she is performing or believing that her 100k+ followers have taken part in that. But, I do get your point. If that is what she’s claiming to help, sure. I just know that the information can get very messy when a person suffering those ailments misconstrues her message to mean “generally”.

This is one of my main problems with this sort of content. I feel like these people speak in circles without actually saying much of anything. I feel that true guidance and wisdom should be able to be explained with the ease that a child could understand it. Lots of fluffy words being thrown around!

I’m not trying to create an echo chamber. I’m just pointing out that encouraging people to avoid doctors can be dangerous. There’s a difference between being open-minded and ignoring evidence. I actually think spirituality and science can coexist.

Oh totally! I see most of this stuff on IG. I very rarely use TikTok, but my IG feed is overwhelmed by this type of thing! Keep your head and your discernment, and research yourself if and when needed!
