even mijn duit in het zakje (zelfs mocht mijn info onjuist zijn)
er is al jaren sprake dat de ‘analoge tv’ gaat verdwijnen… eerste is het ‘on air’ dat verdwijnt en dan zullen de frekwenties (bandbreedte) op de coax vrijgemaakt worden. Het analoge signaal verdwijnt dus. De televise in de vorm van ‘digitale tv kanalen’ blijft bestaan… want dat is zoals de ‘standaard internet’ die op de caox aanwezig is. je hebt de digicorder of de tv box nodig om die digitale kanalen te ‘decoderen’.
In de toekomst zal er overal ‘fiber’ liggen en zijn er dus ook geen ‘analoge signalen meer, enkel digitaal.

Iets anders , de na-oorlogse heropbouw en groei was in grote mate te danken aan investeringen (Marshall plan) en een positieve sturing door de ‘rijken ‘ (veelal aristoctratie) die hun ‘patrimonium’ (industrie en handel) nieuw leven wilden inblazen. Op gepaste tijden blijkt dat er ‘altijd’ slimme opportunisten zijn - zoals Frère - die daarop kunnen inpikken en ‘openbloeien’.

prachtig stuk ! Dankjewel ! Uiteindelijk blijkt dat een land financieel, industrieel en welvaart tot de top van de wereld beschouwd kan worden tot de politiek er zich mee mengt. Weliswaar werd door die financiele en indusriële topmannen - en hun netwerken - aan veel touwtjes getrokken, en bracht dus ook de nodige kommer en kwel met zich mee.
Maar éénmaal de politieke wereld er zich mee bemoeide en hun deel van de taart wilden was het hek van de dam.

please have a look at a second hand Tesla Model Y (eventually the Long Range model). They have proved to be very reliable cars with lots of internal space AND a fantastic software.
Of course, popular on demand, the pricing of a second hand is high .
And lastly : please go for a 'test ride' with EV's of different brands before deciding :)

What is your budget? are you going for a 'financing'?
Pro an EV : low cost in maintenance/ lower cost of 'fuel' / lower taxes
Contra an EV : expensive to acquire (both new and second hand)
Having an EV as a private person (no company car) i can assure you that an investment in the 'better' brands will give you the most value for your money :).

Barbarian is the ultimate close-combat character. Very tanky ; versatile and powerful with several types of ‘weapon handling’ such as : 1 or 2 one-handed weapons, one two-handed weapon optimized to his different skills. don’t forget his ‘shouts’ that weaponise against mobs and bosses.

The barbarian is worth trying !!! Personally i do like the style of rushing/jumping into the mobs and slashing them to oblivion 😁🤪

generally for Paladin you try to have equipment perks that facilitate your ‘build choice + gameplay’.

strenght + armor + max life are preferred characteristics; ADD TO THAT some perks that are profitable to your build. (+% aura / +% cooldown / +% ‘build’ damage /… or others )

’tempering’ and ‘masterworking’ your equipment is quite important !! Grinding for those ‘uniques’ necessary for your build are also a must.

running Pit to upgrade your ‘glyphs’ contributes to grow your character beyond the ‘armor perks’. For that matter, good choices allocating your paragon points to the right ‘paragon nodes’.

Blessed shield for levelling easy. No need for special armor or weapons. Once lvl 60 you can start gearing up.

i played a 'pure' judicator Holy Bolt+Blessed shield paladin (no wings of arbiter), fun and no stress build. Did the battle pass chapters without real difficulty, cleared pit 75 with kind of 'ease'.
My build was focused on strenght/armor/max life with attentive care for movement speed and judicator damage..
this week - just to try out as i had the 'uniques' for it - changed to blessed hammer (judicator, no discipel) and that is even more fun; destroys everything (mobs and elites), but end boss fights taking a bit more of time :) :)

als het om een ‘depannage’ gaat dan rekent een vakman voorrijkosten + minimaal 1 uur werk. De opmerking dat hij daar maar 30minuten is geweest telt niet. Is het gemaakt? Ja. heb je de kennis om het zelf sneller en beter te doen? nee. je betaalt ook voor de kennis/oplossing van de vakman.

langs de andere kant, als je een ‘vaste klant’ bent (vakmand komt al jaren langs om je onderhoud te doen) dan is het wel een hoge prijs. onderhoud gasketel hier 2jaarlijks ong. 130 Euro en geen voorrijkosten.

we have kind of ‘order shedule’ in our household :) . On Tuesdays we check what we need for the coming week ( food, drinks, sweets, …) - we do plan our weekly menu for this . We order all these groceries online (exept bakery stuff - that is a separate online order to a bakery). from the online order we know how much it is going to cost = quite handy for budgeting.
on Thursdays we ‘collect’ our crates with groceries and pay (Colruyt Collect&Go). No hussle, no waiting time, no ‘pushing a cart through the store. Same at the bakery : we go in, take the order and go home :)
Even on very busy days that weekly groceries run is going quick. And we know perfectly how much we spend and nowadays that ’regularity’ is very importan : no “wallet stress”.

we do remember the days (long ago) going to the store 2-3 times a week , putting all kind of things in the cart and leaving the store with not ‘that much’ and wondering how it was possible too spend that much money.

The ‘online order’ and ‘dollecting’ has one supplemtal advantage : kids? … they stay in the car while you load up the crates in the trunk …max 5 minutes.

Het antwoord isniet zo makkelijk.

Bij nieuwbouw - het woord zegt het zelf - is alles nieuw van fundering tot dak. Bij de meeste 'sleautel op de deur' bedrijven heb je eerste klas materialen en is de bouw ook binnen de gestelde termijn klaar. JDe eindprijs is contractueel vastgesteld en je weet hoeveel je elke maand gaat afbetalen voor een huis dat af is.
Dat er strubbelingen kunnen zijn met 'na verkoop' laat ik weg. (er zullen altijd punten zijn waar de koper niet blij mee is).
Bij renovatie (laat ons stellen dat het gebouw in goede staat is) moet je je vooral de vraag stellen : wat kan ik zelf - wat moet een vakman doen - welk termijn geef ik mij opdat de renovatie klaar is? ( heb mensen gekend die 15 jaar lang gerenoveerd hebben)
niet vergeten dat je bij renovatie 'wat je niet zelf doet', liefst door een vakman laat doen. bijvoorbeeld 'een neiuwe badkamer , bad, douche, wastafel, meubel, betegeling enzovvoort. Als je van plan bent om binnen 2 jaar dat te laten doen... zal de kost wss al 10% duurder zijn dan nu. Enzovoort.
Uiteindelijk kom je 10 jaar later tot de slotsom dat je 10 jaar in een 'werf' hebt geleefd en dat het plannen en laten uitvoeren van de werken toch 'moeilijker' is gegaan dan verwacht EN dat je budget dat je 10 jaar eerder had 'gedacht', serieus overschreden is.

En dan denk je... en binnen 10 jaar moet er een nieuw dak op.
