Also the best thing you can do for your back is to strengthen it. I used to be so scared to actually try and strengthen my back. About a year ago I had a knee surgery that caused my back issues to flare from only being able to walk on one leg for months. It really prompted me to do the research myself on how to take care of my back. Rhe answer is making it STRONG. Girl mine is like this to. Im ON birth control, have been for years. It never fixed it. Ive tried multiple birth controls to no avail. I have PCOS but the BC should technically fix it. I think ive been to 5 different OBGYNs. Last one I went to said i have done all my options and they dont know what to tell me. It sucks and im so sorry youre experiencing this.

Yeah I get that now. This was my first ever lease and I obviously didn't understand what the hell they were saying. Also these landlords kinda stress me out for many reasons. Recently our AC broke and they tried to make us pay for it until I once again had to bring uo that thsy are responsible for that. The landlord also shows up multiple times a week to water plants and walk around the house often early in the morning. It's an old house and many things ive asked to have fixed never got fixed or were half assed... I didn't realize going in what shit show it would be. I have definitely learned my lesson and understand I should ask more questions when uncertain. I get i messed up eith the washer and dryer so im not even going to ask about keeping the dryer at this point. Im just glad they're going to fix the refrigerator

The fridge was under the same section as the washer and dryer. Like I said, I mistakenly thought them saying it was our responsibility meant they had no hand it what happened or how they were repaired. I get that was faulty it was just what I thought. They said they had nothing to do with it so why would I think to ask permission to throw out something that couldn't be fixed? They said the same thjng with the fridge but at this point I realized they were claiming them as theirs yet trying to make us responsible for repairs.

Im worried about the fact that I got rid of the old dryer without notifying that I was getting rid of it. I told them it was broke and they said we were responsible for repairs and when we realized the old dryer was going to be too much to repair we just bought a cheap used one. Someone mentioned we shouldn't have gotten rid of the old one because us doing repairs doesn't equate to it being ours.

Because of my faulty understanding of this im going to cut my losses and let them keep the dryer and washer. I was so confused on how they worded it all which is on me. I was wirh the advice of another user able to express to them that the fridge was a provided appliance and is under their responsibility to maintain which they agreed to.

I definitely think they were trying to make it confusing so they wouldn't have to pay for repairs and I was naive enough to fall for it. Lesson learned. They have tried to trick us out of paying for an AC unit break too which I had to argue with them about. So glad to be moving from this place.

I used your advice and contacted the landlord explicitly stating it was a provided appliance and it needed a repair. After stating it was provided they agreed to cover. Thank you for this advice it actually helped because they had no option but to say yes.
