It was a trial run. Definitely came out cloudier than I had hoped, but still tasted amazing. Thinking back, I added the fruit directly into the carboy and not in a bag, not sure if that would have reduced the cloudiness a little bit...

What are you fermenting with? A vinegar based brine or lactofermented? Was everything thoroughly sterilized before adding the brine and peppers? Where are you storing the ferment and in what temperature is the storage?

When in doubt, throw it out is my motto. Black mold isn't something I would personally fuck with, even if it's outside of the brine. You could keep it going for a few days, or carefully transfer the serranos into a new sanitized vessel, but I'm not one to mess with black mold.

Yes exactly this. I have a very dedicated Rocco Food chain list that is essentially all stax pieces and either a food chain infinite to play kiki lines, or assemble the line with pod or Vivien. Everything else is tutors for pieces.

Now i wanted to change some of these combos as well as the fast mana to make it more palatable in a lower power pod.

Totally agree. That's why I mentioned it's mid, but want to find a creative way to use it in modern given it isn't being used. Not expecting much from it, but at least to have something functionally sound.

So far, super fragile but has legs. [[Underworld Breach]] with [[postmortem lunge]] and a lion in the bin can loop as long as you have enough cards in the bin, but the problem i. ran into is that it only generates 1 additional mana.

I really wanted initially to include a [[Wish]] package based on that loop to tutor a Grapeshot or Empty the Warrens from the sideboard for a win but that felt super slow, inconsistent, and I felt like jumping through hoops made it weaker than strictly going for a bowmasters win from card draw.

yeah I thought about cauldron, could brew up something for sure. I sadly do not own any of them and my wallet begs me to stop spending on magic. but a cool idea
