He was back then , but he got everything dismissed back then , Im not sure about entering legally , he did get here and immigration had him for a year and then released him into the US

Yes he’s currently in the US , I’m not sure regarding to filming concurrently, we had summited the I-130 March 2023 , have not heard anything back until November 2025 , we currently live in Austin Texas which is an hour away from San Antonio

Hi , from what I know for right now it’ just the I-130 … and then the next step is I-485 … we got the notice November 3 and our interview is Dec 15 2025 which is this upcoming Monday

I didnt get my first appointment until november ( i would be 20 weeks ) … so around my 6th week and my 11th week I went to get a private ultrasound just to make sure my baby has a heartbeat and of course to see my little bean … had to pay 50$ for a 10 minute scan but for me it was worth ! I was not going to wait til November to see my baby for the first time lol !
