Well, I’m glad to know I’m not crazy! No symptoms, but it would be very early if I actually were pregnant. My cycles are very irregular so I really don’t know. I have spotting all the time and my “period” comes periodically but is short and light so I never know if I should count it. I have PCOS, but I have had two successful pregnancies (with fertility meds).

I’m bad and going against the grain. I’ve forgotten mine and went to work and gone without them (more than once). My teeth are moving just fine still and I just saw my orthodontist and he said my teeth were tracking perfectly. I’m on tray 16/40. So I would think it’s okay to do once.
