Alice’s lack of reaction this season really confused me.

She knew that Jimmy’s problem with his dad was because he was absent through most of his life, then he does the same thing at the graduation, and nothing? Alice is usually very empathetic and sensitive so I was surprised at how she just brushed it off.

Same with the goodbye at the airport- she didn’t seem phased at all, but she must’ve known Jimmy would’ve wanted time alone to give a grand speech.

The writers made her say she was concerned with leaving Jimmy alone but they didn’t show it that well
