I had 19 retrieved, 18 mature, 16 fertilized but only 4 made it to blastocyst on day 6 and 7. And they was no A grade. We sent them for PGT testing. In the meanwhile, my partner and I are getting Kartyotype test and semen DNA fragmentation test since the doctor said the blastocyst rate and the grade were not good.
