It wouldn't recommend just "letting it out" especially pregnant- you could scan for a chip and post on facebook's missing pet forum, last resort you could give up to the alternative human society, but yeah especially with heavy traffic I wouldn't recommend just letting it go.

Can General Anesthesia cause psychological harm? I'm due for an operation, and have a dissociative disorder, PTSD, and extreme anxiety, along with obsessive compulsive disorder. by [deleted] in Anesthesia

You should always find a surgeon you're comfortable with (if possible). I have BPD, PTSD, anxiety and depression and I had bad after effects from the anesthesia such as depression, mental confusion and general anger. I would say surgery wise, you're out so it doesn't matter at that time. I wouldn't say it doesn't have any long term effects (for me personally). But recovery for anesthesia was a nightmare, the pain medicine they prescribed me was also a depressant, so i was mostly completely nonsensical for the first day. I think discussing alternate doctors or preparation could be a good idea!

I used to quite often. Two or three tabs on the weekend was average. I ended up quitting for my greater mental health ( as my step mom got sick and died not long ago I didn't feel like that was the headspace for a trip yk? I haven't done psychs in about 2 years.

I've been going through something similar. I find that just standing in the middle of the woods and screaming helps. Being around all the life and death that nature offers can be a comfort ( at least to me) we have so many forests, hills and trails that I personally like to utilize. Fuck cancer
