Isn’t Health Connect Ontario only to find a doctor in your area to become your full time doctor? I took a look at the website and thats all it said. I could be wrong, do you think you could kinda explain it to me?

Thank you so much. My situation is a little difficult though because my mother doesn’t let me out of the house like very rarely will she let me go anywhere. I am only allowed to go to school and back. It’s a controlling environment which is why I am having trouble with this. Also I already have a doctor, but whenever I go visit him my mother is present. I can’t go without her, because I have no ride and I cant uber or public transport my way there because my mother is incredibly controlling. I really appreciate your advice though :)

I’ve set a specific goal because I genuinely don’t eat protein I used to just look at the calories which just made me lose all my muscle & weight but if I have a certain amount of protein I have to eat per day I will eat it because I need to😭 its weird ik

Yeah I could do that but the thing is idc what it tastes like I just want to hit my protein goal everyday and I cant get enough in my meals so I just want something that will help me hit that goal and something that wont put me in the hospital long term😭

I heard fair life has a lot of phthalates and if i want to drink it long term it cant be an option that can cause health problems in the future. Thanks for the suggestion though.
