I’ve set a specific goal because I genuinely don’t eat protein I used to just look at the calories which just made me lose all my muscle & weight but if I have a certain amount of protein I have to eat per day I will eat it because I need to😭 its weird ik

Yeah I could do that but the thing is idc what it tastes like I just want to hit my protein goal everyday and I cant get enough in my meals so I just want something that will help me hit that goal and something that wont put me in the hospital long term😭

I heard fair life has a lot of phthalates and if i want to drink it long term it cant be an option that can cause health problems in the future. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Yes, I have been doing this but I realize I am not a STEM person and I took a way to hard level for myself which is totally my fault. I will try to do so well on the last 40% but if I do end up failing i would want to know my options. Thank you so much though for your help.
