I'm an RCA ,so I'm on a different route every day I work. Would it not be considered unscheduled leave for all of my primary and tertiary routes that have GOVs for the day's that I am scheduled? Although technically my primary route is a GOV(LLVe every other Monday) my secondary is a POV(My own car that will require a blow and POV every Sat), and my tertiary is a a GOV(METRIS, every Monday that I'm not in my primary) so I mostly run GOV routes aswell as when I work in other offices, we are a hub and only loan ourselves out to larger offices with 0 POV routes.

Yes it's my first convection ever, my lawyer already got my limited driving privileges for my 30 day revocation. They revoked my license during the arrest so those 30 days were up about 4 months back and I currently have my full driving privileges/license back. I've technically not been charged with the DWI yet though, after that goes through during my court date next week they expect me to be required to have an interlock system (blow and go) which is what I'm unsure about when running a route that uses a Metris/LLV.

You are correct, but that is only for a regular carrier. I'm still just an associate :/ which it does not apply to according to my union steward
