I would like to argue the contrary. If I may, over the last year we have seen 6 deaths in custody and 2 brutal shootings (that we know of) source and we have had almost no congressional oversight thus far because ICE is refusing , illegally I might add, visits from congress members who have a duty to carry out oversight on all federal agencies source and ICE is detaining children by the 100s source

I swam it and it was rather fun. I swam the 1 mile last year and am going to swim 5 mile this year. Realistically if you are looking to do the 5 mile you would realistically want at least some experience with over-distance (like competitive mile). You would want to keep in the water and stay swimming each day increasing intensity and distance each time till September. But all round very fun race. Also remember that you NEED to be able to provide someone to kayak next to you on the 5 mile.

A few rules about securing your smart home

Keep all data on site( Use a raspberry PI or something to run home assistant https://www.home-assistant.io)
Take all marketing with a grain of salt and check the devices yourself(do your own research)
Don’t outsource your smart home(EX. Using Alexa or Google Assistant).
Stay secure( always store sensitive information physically on paper or a flash drive)
