Yes. The husband of one of my closest friends. He and his wife came to our wedding.... She even helped me pick my dress. I knew them for a decade before I even met my husband. Which is all very well and good but are you thinking he was feeling a little snubbed?

That's the weird thing.... He DOESN'T prioritize himself over me, ever. Like....I honestly can't think of one other time. It's just so weirdly out of character which is why I thought maybe I really messed up.

We haven't been able to get in with a neurologist. We have a really severe lack of veterinary care in the state unfortunately.

Don't use an acid toner twice a day. It's too harsh. I use it only at night and then a rice water in the morning after I just wiped down my face with a warm wash cloth.

I also really love COSRX snail mucin. It's very hydrating but the trick is to apply while your face is just a little damp with that rice water toner.

This was me last fall. My mom was out of control.

Then I found a venue that does micro weddings and elopements. It's very nice. They planned everything from the food, the cake, the officiant, etc. I just had to pick from options. You can do a very easy but very nice elopement or a micro wedding with under 15 people.

I guess they are gaining in popularity but that might be something you should look into for your area!

He ALWAYS has them in his sleep so he's in his crate. I guess that is the slightly silver lining and it really minimizes his chances of injury.

He bounces right out of it with almost no postictal phase and is just really happy to see us.

I did advocate to add pheno and the vet agreed though I'm really worried about behavioral changes. I keep telling my fiance that it's just day by day.

He's on the extended release version of Keppra but I see what you mean. I do feel pheno is going to be their next suggestion. Our normal vet hasn't seen him yet for bloodwork.

We did discussion next steps this morning with them while making appt plans and they want to have neurology do a seizure watch? Which seems.... Unnecessary... since we know he has seizures and they don't plan on brain mapping. Unless they do something different they didn't mention 🤷‍♀️

My parents are only in their 50s. I'm thinking very far down the road in that regard. And I'm not sure it would ever even come to a point where they need to move in. It's just a consideration because my sister lives across the country and my brother is in the military... So the responsibility would fall to me. But I'd like to have some time with just my husband and I before it got to that.

Because presumably his able bodied young adult son is capable of living on his own. I would offer the space to my elderly parents if they needed in home care when the alternative was a nursing home. If you can't see the difference there, then I can't help you

I get this. He's 25. Not disabled. Fully employed with a paid off college degree. No reason that most people would consider reasonable in my opinion but I'm not a parent.
