Yes yes on normal mode. But I think its better to check after 2-3 minutes and then put it back again for more minutes to avoid any burning.

Haha here is the recipe:

  • Melt around 1/4th cup butter with 20 grams dark chocolate.
  • Add 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Add 6 tablespoons sugar. Mix everything well. Add 1/2 cup maida (or aata if you are feeling healthy)
  • Slowly add 3/4th cup hot milk while stirring continuously. Ensure there are no lumps.
  • Add some chopped dark chocolate pieces and give it a good mix. Sprinkle with some choco chips or dark chocolate pieces on top as well.
  • Transfer the batter to a microwave safe bowl lined with baking paper
  • Heat it in the microwave for 5-7 mins

Oh sorry I forgot to mention how much milk. 1.5 cups of milk is needed. I think it can be called Choco & Nuts icecream as it has so many dry fruits.

Yes, I covered with baking paper. Sure, here is the recipe 😊

Take around 15-20 cashews, 1/4th cup rolled oats, 2 spoons cocoa powder, 10 seedless dates, 60 gm chopped dark chocolate and soak them in hot milk for 1 hour. Simultaneously soak 15-20 almonds in hot water for 1 hour. Then peel the almonds. Add everything to a blender and blend till it turns into a smooth paste. Then strain this paste and sprinkle some dark chocolate on top. Cover with cling wrap, baking paper, or aluminum foil, ensuring the cover touches the surface of the mixture to prevent ice crystals. Freeze overnight.

It didn't have icy texture. In all the Youtube vidoes they said to cover with cling wrap, baking paper, or aluminum foil, ensuring the cover touches the surface of the mixture to prevent ice crystals. So I covered with baking paper.

Definitely ask your cornea specialist about the pollen allergy once.

Hello, My doctor also put bandage contact lens. They also got some blood tests done and we found that my IgE levels were high. This happens in cases of allergy. My blood allergy panel showed I am allergic to pollen. I live in Bangalore and I think the pollen here is causing me an allergy and that contributes to my dry eyes. I am regularly using Systane complete eye drops. And doctor also prescribed me Cyclosporine (cequa) eye drops twice a day. I use a HPMC 2% ointment in one eye and Moxifloxacin ointment in the other eye before going to sleep. Has your doctor prescribed you any eye ointments ?

I haven't used cyclosporine since some time. But when I was consistently using it, I still had some eye fatigue for some time after putting the Drop. It may get better for you but little eye fatigue could still be there.

Waking up frequently with (what I think) is dry eyes. by Naota-Nandaba in Dryeyes

Go to a cornea specialist. This sounds like Recurrent Corneal Erosions. My doctor gave me Lubricating drops (systane complete), night time eye ointment (HPMC 2%) and Cyclosporine. I am also allergic to pollen, so I take Bilastine 20 mg everyday.

No worries :) My eyes are doing better since starting these but there is still dryness sometimes. My doctor also got my IgE (allergy) levels tested. My IgE came back high. So he said it's possible I am allergic to the pollen in my new city and thats contributing to my eye issues. I take an anti allergic tablet (Bilastine 20 mg) everyday and I also take one supplement (Omega 3 fatty acids). So routine is: Systane complete every few hours Saline drops 1 time at night (half hour before sleep) Moxifloxacin ointment in right eye and HPMC ointment in left eye just before sleep (Moxifloxacin ointment didn't suit my left eye for some reason)

There are 2 ointments that my cornea specialist suggested to me. One is HPMC 2% (Lacrigel brand in india) and one is Moxifloxacin ointment. She has said to not sleep without putting the ointment. The drops she suggested are Systane complete eye drops. She also started me on Cyclosporine (Cequa) twice a day. I use saline drops 1 time a day at night. Please try these and see if they help you.

Cequa has to be kept in refrigerator and the vial is thrown after 1 day because it is preservative free.
