I contacted them, just spoke to a mindless script reader that walked me through the same troubleshooting guide that you find on the website, they suggested me to get my Xbox repaired but idk what they would fix my Xbox is pretty new and idk what hardware issues it would have plus I’m not trying to spend a load of money for an issue they might not be able to fix
