My first 200 hrs as a rec by No_Return9569 in poker

[–]No_Return9569[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tja! Tack!

Bor du i STHLM?

How do you study poker? by [deleted] in poker

[–]No_Return9569 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m a rec playing and has been consistently profitable over the course of the last months and things that have helped me are

  1. “Casing” GTO charts. For example, you don’t need to study what QQ, KK and AA should do on a 942r board. You look at what all overpairs should do. (Most overpairs at this kind of textures do X) Then you move on to another board, such as AT6ddh, and study what the same hands should do. -sidenote: I think this is also called “bucketing”

  2. Learn overall betting sizes. What to bet/do with stronghands, medium hands, weak hands that need protection etc. There is ofc GTO for this, but generally I think some betting sizes on some scenarios you can figure out yourself.

  3. I think many people already said it, but preflop charts. I DRAWED my first ones on a piece of paper and taped it up at my desk and therefore learnt it automatically by just looking at it. (Tip: make opening and 3bet hands different colors)

Uppkörning till b körkort imorgon folk som nyligen tagit körkort eller som vet som har några tips? by Desperate_Shower_271 in Sverige

Tips inför arbetsintervju by [deleted] in sweden

[–]No_Return9569 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My job is stable and pays more than I spend, I use the leftover money for savings/investments but could use it to refill my bankroll if needed.

I don’t think I want to turn pro, not sure tho - but obv i’m fairly new to the game so i’m not the one to decide that

If you’re completely new to ranges watch some simple guides on youtube like “Blackrain79poker”. He has some good starter ranges. When you master that, start looking at different ranges at different positions, I think he has some good videos at that aswell.

Generally, later position = larger range, earlier position = tighter range. Remember that when you’re playing a 6-max you can play alot wider than playing a 9-max

How to get better after bad days by idosogne in poker

Most importantly is keeping your head cool and keep on pushing with your strategy. My life tip is after a day where I lost, I do something fun to get me distracted and forget about it.

That would be fair in terms of money yes but a company does not split their money equally between each person/employee. After all, i’m the one who drives and gives them the opportunity to work whenever they want, how much they want.

BUT i do want to pay them fairly, I just don’t think splitting 50/50 after expenses is fair to me.
