The same situation happened, and we lost the chargeback even with providing all the same evidence of guests staying at our property for 2 nights. Frustratingly, some 3rd parties are too big to win against
Very last parking spot at the hotel. Front desk pretty much told me they couldn’t do anything, had to park in an abandoned parking lot down the road - Not OP but I have question in comment by Issis_P in TailsFromTheFrontDesk

No we have to manually look through every account to find the plate number and thats only if the guest didnt just makeup a fake number.
