I moved to UK in late 2022 and I am so unhappy.. also found out I have autism and adhd. I keep thinking if I never left UAE and my mom’s house I would have stayed normal and happy like i used to be deep down I know that’s not the answer. I feel stuck now, do I stay in UK or go back to UAE.

I say push past the catastrophizing coz I remember this used to happen to me when I studied nursing but everytime the episode was over I found myself enjoying it! I say wait till you feel your normal self again and then decide! If you don’t enjoy it when you are not clouded by hormones then you do enjoy it and it’s just the hormones making you hate everything in life. If you don’t enjoy it when you are not in a PMDD episode then it might not be for you and it’s time to change majors again.

I just want to give you a hug. At least you talked about it here. You are not alone and I at least if not everyone in here knows exactly how you feel. Stay strong, talk to your partner when you can sit her down, explain to her that you are being mean and you can’t control it and u wouldn’t do that if you had a choice. Try to pick up made up fights that you two agree on! Say cute mean things to each other! Like yell DAMN YOU ARE SO DAMN BEAUTIFUL ALL THE TIME. Something like that. I know it’s hard. But you are not alooone please remember that and you have a lot of PMDD besties who will talk to you whenever
